Why was my Reward refunded or put under review?

We currently ask that you verify your Reward within 7 days. If you fail to do so your order will be refunded and the Swag Bucks will be returned to your account. 

Your Rewards may have been refunded or put on hold as a result of being selected for Swagbucks account verification. After account verification is completed you may redeem your Swag Bucks once again or have the hold on your rewards removed.
