Your security question is in place to prevent others from compromising your account. We will ask you the answer to this question in the event that we need to confirm your identity as the account owner.
If you have forgotten your Security answer, please visit the "My Settings' page and click on the "edit" link in the "Account Information" section. After clicking on the edit link you will be able to click on the "Send Email" link next to the "Reset Security Question" option. (See image below)
An email will be sent to the email address associated with your Swagbucks.com account with instructions on how to reset the question.
