The Swagbucks.com toolbar appears blank on my browser.

If the toolbar appears blank on your browser:

  1. Uninstall the Swagbucks.com toolbar. 
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Re-install the Swagbucks.com toolbar.

If the toolbar still appears blank, click the link below:
http://users.conduit.com/checkserver.asp.

If you see the "ConduitOK" text, please submit a request to our support team. 

If you don't see the text, then your firewall or other security software settings may be causing the problem.
