We currently ask that you verify your Reward within 7 days. If you fail to do so your order will be refunded and the SB will be returned to your account.
Your Rewards may have been refunded or put on hold as a result of being selected for Swagbucks account verification. After account verification is completed you may redeem your SB once again or have the hold on your rewards removed.
