I completed a survey, but did not receive SB. What can I do?

There may be instances where you successfully completed a survey and never received SB credit.  Here are a few reminders and tips. 

  • Not every survey will result in completion as many surveys are looking for a specific set of users (Ex: 25-year-old males that traveled to Las Vegas in the past year).  In such cases, we can't give you the full SB amount. Verify the messaging you received upon completion of the survey to ensure this was indeed a completion and not a disqualification event. 
  • Some surveys may be credited to your account on a delay.  In such cases, you will be told about this when starting the survey. (Ex:  "The survey you are about to complete will not be credited instantly and may take up to 7 business days for crediting"). 
  • If you have still not received your SB credit for completing a survey, you can submit a help desk request with the following information


1. Where you were presented with the survey

2. Survey ID
3. Survey SB Amount
5. URL of the survey
6. Screenshot of completion

By providing this information up front in your ticket to us, we will be able to offer you a faster resolution. We do suggest writing down the Survey ID before clicking on the survey for reference if an issue occurs.

When submitting a ticket for credit to your Daily Goal, the credit will be applied on the day your ticket is processed by our team. There is no guarantee we will process your ticket the same day. 

We reserve the right to request screenshots of completed surveys prior to or after the awarding of SB in order to verify with the applicable provider that such completions are valid.
