I entered my age incorrectly, how do I change it?

In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and for the protection of minors under the age of 13, accounts that have entered birthdays reflecting they are under the age of 13 years are restricted from continuing to use our site and services.                                                                                               

If your birthday was entered in error and you are 13 years of age or older, you may regain access to Swagbucks.com by writing to us and:

1) Digitally signing a Declaration stating you are in fact aged 13 years or older

2) Providing us with your account information and correct date of birth.

3) The Swagbucks.com member must attach a picture of their government-issued identification.  If the Member is a child, the Parent/Guardian must provide a picture of their government-issued ID, instead.

As a reminder, if you are under 13 years of age, you are NOT permitted to use Swagbucks.com.
