The Activity is a unique code made up of numerical and alphabetical characters. It is used to identify a specific click (starting an activity) on Swagbucks. For example: When you click on a store, click on an offer, and/or click on a survey. This Activity ID will help you track the progress of the activity from the being visited pending to ultimately getting posted/credited to your account. This ID may be asked by the Customer Support team to help you investigate a support ticket.
