Our Support team is happy to investigate any missing credits you may encounter, however, you must submit an inquiry within 14 days of the end of the terms date.
For example:
1. If an offer has a 45 day credit time on it, you would have 14 days after the 45 days to submit an inquiry to our Support team.
2. If you made a Shopping purchase, we ask that you wait 32 days for the credit to apply to your account. You should see it pending in your account within 7 days of the purchase date. If the credit does not appear, you have 14 days after the 32 days to submit an inquiry to our Support team for investigation.
3. For Surveys, you may be disqualified. This is a natural part of taking Surveys. Our Support team is unable to process a missing credit for a disqualified Survey. If you run into a Survey where you received a "Success" message and the credit did not apply, please reach out to team for investigation.
