Answer
A SwagUp comes from a Team Challenge, from the Spin & Win wheel, or as a just-because bonus. It is not requested from the Help page.
When this applies
This fits when the question is how a SwagUp is added to the account. What the bonus does is in What is a SwagUp?
What to do
- Join a Team Challenge. A SwagUp from a challenge requires qualified participation. How does a Team Challenge work? explains the challenge.
- Use the Spin & Win wheel. A SwagUp can be one of the prizes.
- Watch for a just-because SwagUp. That bonus is applied on its own. It can mark continued use of Swagbucks, or point to a feature that has not been tried yet.
If that didn't work
A just-because SwagUp cannot be asked for. The other two sources are a qualified Team Challenge and the Spin & Win wheel.
