Waiting on shop SB is a wait for the order to show as Pending. SB is added after that. From the purchase date, the order usually shows as Pending within 30 minutes to 5 business days. Some purchases take up to 32 days to show as Pending.
When this applies

What to do
- Count from the purchase date. Pending usually shows within 30 minutes to 5 business days.
- Check the kind of purchase. Some purchases take up to 32 days to show as Pending. The SB is not missing until those 32 days have passed.
- Read the Special Terms for that store. If those terms state a different time, use that time.
- Sign in and open the Activity ledger. If the order is already listed as Pending, nothing else is needed.
A receipt can be requested before or after SB is added, to confirm the purchase with the store.
If that didn't work
If 32 days have passed, the store's Special Terms do not state a different time, and the order is still not listed, sign in, open the Activity ledger, find the order, and choose Get Help.
When to contact us
Contact Swagbucks from the Activity ledger only after 32 days, unless the Special Terms for that store state a longer time. A message before that time is too early.
