Answer
A virtual Visa gift card arrives in two emails. Swagbucks sends a note that the card is ready. Prepaid Digital Solutions then sends the email with the link that opens the card.
When this applies
This fits when a Visa gift card was ordered and the question is how to open it, why the balance shows zero, or what to do about a Prepaid Digital Solutions login. A card that has not been sent yet follows Where is the reward I ordered?
What to do
- Open the email from Prepaid Digital Solutions and use the link in that message. Check spam and junk if it is not in the inbox.
- A first Visa card needs a new Prepaid Digital Solutions account. The Swagbucks account is not linked to that site. The same email address is useful and is not required.
- After signing in, enter the pin from the email. That pin creates the Visa card number. The pin expires after 3 months.
- Use the most recent email. The token number on the screen has to match that email. An older card can show a zero balance.
Once the Visa code has been issued, it can be used for 6 months. After that, the code expires.
If that didn't work
A missing Prepaid Digital Solutions email can be sent again by Swagbucks. A forgotten Prepaid Digital Solutions password can be reset by Swagbucks.
A forgotten username or challenge question cannot be reset by Swagbucks. Prepaid Digital Solutions handles those. Contact Us is at the top right of the Prepaid Digital Solutions site.
When to contact us
Use the Help page to ask for the Visa email again, or to reset a Prepaid Digital Solutions password. A username or a challenge question goes to Prepaid Digital Solutions, not to that form.
