This can be done by using the “Print Screen” option on your keyboard and then pasting (Ctrl + V) that into your favorite image editing software (MS Paint, Photoshop, etc.) or even Microsoft Word. Screenshots are also helpful when writing to Customer Support because it helps you illustrate any problem you may be having.
