Answer
Each person who lives in the home can have one Swagbucks account. A second account for the same person is not allowed, and that extra account can be deactivated.
When this applies
This fits when more than one person in a home wants an account, when a teenager wants to join, or when the question is who can use Swagbucks.
What to do
- Each person creates a separate account and uses that account only. One login is not shared across people.
- Keep it to one account per person. A second account for the same person breaks the Terms of Use and can be deactivated.
- The minimum age to join is 13. A member under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission before signing up.
- Availability by country is covered in Is Swagbucks available in my country?
If that didn't work
A sign-in that says the account is suspended is a different page. Why is my account suspended? lists operating more than one account as one reason, and it explains the identity check and the Account Inquiry.
When to contact us
Support cannot keep a second account open for the same person. A suspended sign-in uses the Account Inquiry on Why is my account suspended?
