Answer
Swago is a bingo-style board. Each square is an activity, and a finished activity highlights that square. The SB for a pattern is listed on the right side of the board, and the board can be submitted only once.
When this applies
This fits when a Swago board is open and the question is how a square is completed, which pattern to claim, or why a square did not highlight.
What to do
- Complete the activity on a square. The square highlights when that activity is done.
- Open the “i” on the square before counting it. That symbol lists every requirement. Some squares stay open until the SB for that activity posts. A gift-card square can take up to 2 days for that SB to credit.
- Match the highlighted squares to a pattern on the right side of the board. Each pattern shows its SB.
- Submit only when that pattern is the one to claim. The board can be submitted once.
- Submit before midnight on the last day the board is open.
If that didn't work
A square that stays blank still needs every requirement on the “i” to be met, including a wait for SB to post. A second submission is not available. A board submitted after midnight on the last day is too late.
