Typically, it takes between 30 minutes and 7 business days for the purchase to appear as “Pending” in the Shop & Earn “Purchases” tab. Once pending, it can take anywhere from 32-75 days from the date of your purchase for your SB to be awarded.
If you do not see your purchase pending after 7 business days, please reach out to our Customer Service team for review of your purchase. Be sure to include a full screenshot of your order details.
Some exceptions may apply:
- Travel purchases can take up to 75 days after travel is completed as opposed to the date of purchase.
- Amazon purchases will take 32-45 days from the shipment date of your order for your SB to be rewarded.
We reserve the right to request receipts of completed purchases prior to or after the awarding of SB in order to verify with the applicable merchant that such purchases are valid.
