A linked-card purchase counts when the store offer was on the card before the visit. That purchase is not an online Shop & Earn order.
When this applies
This fits when a card linked on Swagbucks was used in a store and the SB is not in the Activity ledger. An online shop order follows How does Shop & Earn work? A grocery receipt follows How do I upload a Magic Receipt?
What to do
- Add the store offer to the linked card before shopping. Add that offer again before every later visit to that store.
- After the purchase, check the inbox and the junk folder for a processing email.
- Confirm the email on the account is the address that should receive that message. How do I change my email address? is the page for a wrong address.
If that didn't work
A purchase made before the offer was on the card is not recorded. Adding the offer after the visit does not pick up that purchase.
