Answer
Losing surveys on the account is a hard stop, and it is easy to think one bad survey caused it. A message that surveys are not for you means surveys were turned off on the account. It is not the same as one survey ending early. Surveys were turned off because answers did not match information already on the profile, or did not look like genuine feedback. Shopping, in-store deals, and offers are still available.
When this applies
This fits when the account says surveys are not available, or that surveys are not for you.
A survey that stops and says you do not qualify is one survey only. Why did the survey disqualify me before I finished? explains that message. SB is not added for that survey, and surveys stay available on the account.
What to do
- Read the message on the account. If it says surveys are not for you, surveys will not be offered on this account.
- If the message only says you do not qualify for the survey you just opened, surveys were not turned off. Close that survey and choose another one.
- Earn SB from shopping, in-store deals, and offers. Those are separate from surveys.
If that didn't work
If one survey ends early and the account does not say surveys are unavailable, that survey was a disqualification. Why did the survey disqualify me before I finished? is the article for that.
When to contact us
This message does not need a ticket. Contacting Swagbucks does not turn surveys back on.
