Answer
Surveys stay available when each answer matches the profile and each question is actually read. A few patterns are marked invalid. Too many invalids turn surveys off on the account. One survey that ends early is not the same thing.
When this applies
This fits before surveys are turned off, when the goal is to keep surveys available.
If the account already says surveys are not for you, Why are surveys not for me? explains that message. Shopping, in-store deals, and offers stay available.
What to do
- Use the real date of birth. Surveys are open to members age 13 and older, and the date of birth on the account has to match that age.
- On a written answer, use a real response. Gibberish, insults, or an answer that does not match the question is marked invalid.
- Read each question before choosing an answer. Answering too fast disqualifies that survey and marks it invalid.
- Watch for a question that tells you which answer to pick, no matter what the question says. The wrong choice disqualifies that survey and marks it invalid.
- Keep the details in the survey the same as the profile. Choosing a different gender in the survey than the one on the account is marked invalid.
- Attend a later focus group or recruitment session if you agreed to it. Missing that session is marked invalid.
A disqualification is not an invalid
Some surveys end because the group is already full, because you are not in the group the survey wants, or because you do not have the experience it is looking for. That ends that survey only. Why did the survey disqualify me before I finished? explains that message. Those endings are not invalids, and they do not turn surveys off.
If that didn't work
If invalids have already added up and the account says surveys are not available, surveys were turned off. Why are surveys not for me? is the article for that.
When to contact us
A ticket does not clear invalids, and it does not turn surveys back on. This page is for avoiding that outcome. If surveys are already off, a message is not the next step.
