If clicking the verification link gives an error or does nothing, try these quick fixes yourself. One of them resolves the issue in most cases.
- Copy the full link from the email and paste it directly into your browser's address bar.
- Make sure you copied the entire URL. Links can break if part of the address is cut off.
- Open the link in a different browser, or in a private/incognito window.
- Request a fresh verification email if the link has expired, then use the newest one.
Copy-and-paste is the fastest fix. Email apps sometimes shorten or wrap long links, which stops them from opening when clicked.
