Swagbucks.com restricts accounts for users under 13, in compliance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If a birthday was mistakenly entered indicating the user is under 13, those 13 or older can regain access by submitting a digitally signed declaration confirming their age, providing correct account details, and attaching a government-issued ID. Parents or guardians must provide their ID if the user is a child. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the site.
In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and for the protection of minors under the age of 13, accounts that have entered birthdays reflecting they are under the age of 13 years are restricted from continuing to use our site and services.
If your birthday was entered in error and you are 13 years of age or older, you may regain access to Swagbucks.com by writing to us and:
1) Digitally signing a Declaration stating you are in fact aged 13 years or older
2) Providing us with your account information and correct date of birth.
3) The Swagbucks.com Member must attach a picture of their government-issued identification. If the Member is a child, the Parent/Guardian must provide a picture of their government-issued ID, instead.
