The Member Recognition Program is free. It is open in the United States, Canada, England, and Australia, and more countries will be added. The level is based on lifetime SB. There are 10 levels, from Pearl to Diamond. Benefits start at 250 lifetime SB.

What to do
- Open Member Recognition from My Account, at the top right of the page.
- Choose Enroll Now. Enrollment is free.
- With fewer than 250 lifetime SB, enrollment is still open. Benefits start when lifetime SB reaches 250.
The levels and the lifetime SB required are:
- Pearl: 1,000
- Opal: 2,500
- Onyx: 5,000
- Amethyst: 10,000
- Jade: 50,000
- Topaz: 100,000
- Sapphire: 250,000
- Emerald: 500,000
- Ruby: 1,000,000
- Diamond: 2,000,000
If that didn't work
Benefits can change. A member under 250 lifetime SB can be enrolled and still have no benefits yet.
When to contact us
