Each Member Recognition level adds benefits at a lifetime-SB threshold. A survey double pays only when that survey earns at least 25 SB, and the double is capped at 100 SB. A gift-card discount lowers the SB cost of the next gift card. At Emerald, a 125 SB discount means a 300 SB gift card costs 175 SB.

Pearl

If that didn't work
A shop bonus has to be used on a purchase within 30 days of receiving that bonus. The bonus posts when the SB for a qualifying purchase posts. A purchase outside those 30 days does not get the bonus.
When to contact us
