Ensure your forwarded e-receipt is from your Swagbucks account email. If double-forwarding, remove extra "FWD:" lines. You have 15 minutes to forward your e-receipt after submitting a request and vice versa. Note that some online grocery services limit transaction visibility in e-receipts.
Some Tips:
- Make sure your forwarded e-receipt is from your Swagbucks.com account email address
- If you double forwarded your e-receipt from another email address to your Swagbucks email then to Swagbucks (receipts@swagbucks.com) remove the additional “FWD: from name@email.com…” lines from the email.
- You have 15 minutes to forward your e-receipt after submitting a request.
- You have 15 minutes to submit a request after forwarding your e-receipt.
- Some online grocery services show a limited amount of transactions in their e-receipts.
