Answer
The SB can take a moment to appear after the last question, and that gap is easy to misread. SB for a completed survey usually shows in the Activity ledger within a few minutes. If the survey said the SB would be delayed, the SB shows after the time stated at the start of that survey. A message that you did not qualify is a disqualification, and SB is not added for that survey.
When this applies
This fits when you reached the end of a survey and the SB is missing.
If the survey stopped early and said you do not qualify, Why did the survey disqualify me before I finished? explains that message. SB is not added for a disqualification.
What to do
- Read the last message on the survey. If it says the survey was completed, continue with the next step. If it says you do not qualify, SB is not added for that survey.
- Write down the Survey ID if it is still on the screen. The Survey ID is also shown before the survey opens.
- Sign in and open the Activity ledger. Choose the filter that says All Activity Types, then choose Answer. Survey SB is listed there.
- If the SB for that Survey ID is already listed, nothing else is needed.
If the survey said SB would be delayed
Some surveys say, before they start, that the SB will not show right away. Wait for the time that survey stated. The SB is not missing until that time has passed.
Some surveys ask you to accept a delayed payment. In that case, the SB is added after the completion is checked.
A screenshot of the completion message can be requested to confirm the survey was finished. The screenshot needs to show the completion message and the Survey ID.
If that didn't work
If the time stated on that survey has passed and Answer in the Activity ledger still has no SB for that Survey ID, sign in, open the Activity ledger, find the survey, and choose Get Help. Include the Survey ID.

When to contact us
Contact Swagbucks from the Activity ledger only after the time stated on that survey has passed and the SB is still missing. A disqualification does not need a message.
