A setting that will not save is usually a field with its own rule. Full name, shipping address, and password can be edited in My Settings. A Swag Name can be chosen once. After it is saved, it cannot be changed.
When this applies
This fits when account details need an update, including a full name or a Swag Name.

What to do
- Sign in and open My Settings. The same page opens from the profile picture at the top right, then My Settings.
- Enter the password when prompted, then choose Submit.
- Choose Edit on the field to change. Full name, password, and shipping information can be edited here. A Swag Name can be entered only if one is not saved yet.
- Choose Save Changes.
- Confirm the change by email, or by answering the security question, when that prompt appears.
Swag Name
A Swag Name is the public name on the account. It is used for some promotions. Pick it carefully. A Swag Name with offensive content can deactivate the account. Once it is saved, it cannot be changed.
A full name is required for some gift cards, including Target and Walmart. Without a full name, those orders cannot be completed.
If that didn't work

Contact Swagbucks from account help only after a full name or a shipping address still will not save. A Swag Name that is already set does not need a ticket. It cannot be changed.
