The process to access your American Express virtual reward is straightforward. After receiving an email notification, click the "Claim your card" button to be redirected to your virtual reward card. You can add it to mobile payment or digital wallet services for use at locations accepting American Express in the U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Note that a $3 monthly service fee applies after six months.
