A virtual Mastercard reward card opens from the redemption email. Choose View My Gift Card Code, copy the PIN, then choose Claim your card. The PIN is entered at MyPrepaidCenter.
When this applies

What to do
- Open the redemption email and choose View My Gift Card Code. Sign in when that page asks.
- Copy the PIN before choosing Claim your card. The PIN is needed on the next page.
- On MyPrepaidCenter, enter the PIN and choose Redeem Code.
- Complete the verification. It confirms a real person.
- Register the card. After that, the card can be used online or by phone anywhere Mastercard debit is accepted.
- Save the email. The same link opens the balance, the transaction history, and the card details again.
A plastic card
Choose the green View Card Details button, then Request plastic card. Fill in the form and choose Send my card. A $3 fee is taken from the card balance. Delivery takes two to three weeks.
If that didn't work
A PIN that was not copied before Claim your card is still in the redemption email. Open View My Gift Card Code again and copy it before continuing. A Visa card uses a different set of steps.
