Answer
The Activity ledger is the record of SB that posted, SB that is still pending, and activities that were clicked. The lifetime total and the SB saved on the account are on that page.
When this applies
This fits when the question is where SB came from, whether an activity is still pending, or why the total on the home page looks lower than the ledger.
What to do
- Open the Activity ledger.
- Use the Activity filter and the Date Range filter, then Apply, to narrow the list. The selected total is the SB for that filtered list. Lifetime SB is shown separately.
- Choose Posted for SB that has already credited. Open a row for the date, the description, the amount, and the award date.
Visited
The Visited view lists surveys that were started, stores that were visited, and offers that were clicked. Many activities take up to 30 days to credit. The pending details for that activity show the expected time.
- A yellow Pending mark means the SB is on the way. The expected time is in the Pending area. Nothing else is required while it is pending.
- A green Awarded mark means the SB posted. The details are on Posted.
- No mark means the activity was clicked and not completed, or the store or offer partner has not reported back yet.
Pending
The yellow Pending area at the top lists SB that is tracked and not posted yet, with an estimated credit date. Open a row for the transaction details. A member in the Member Recognition Program may see Skip The Wait on that row. An empty Pending area means no SB is pending. Check the same activity on Visited.
If that didn't work
A home-page total that looks low may not have refreshed. Hover the SB amount and click it. The ledger is the detailed balance.
When to contact us
On the Visited row for that activity, use Help. That request includes the visit. A posted or pending row has Contact Customer Support after the row is opened. A message that is not tied to that row does not include those details.
