Answer
Some support requests need supporting documentation before the claim can be checked. A screenshot, an email receipt, or an ID number is what confirms an offer, a purchase, or a reward.
When this applies
This fits when a request asks for proof. That includes a completed offer, a reward that was not received, a game or an app, or a promotion that asks for a screenshot.
Missing SB from an offer also follows I completed an offer and have not received credit, what can I do?
What to do
- Attach the files to the request that asked for them. Sending them with the first message avoids a later delay.
- Include the offer name, the date it was completed, and any email or message from the advertiser.
- Use the file that matches the issue:
- A screenshot of a completed-offer confirmation, app progress, or an order confirmation.
- An email receipt that shows a purchase or a signup.
- An in-app progress screen, or a completed level, for a game.
- A transaction ID, a player ID, or an order number.
How to take a screenshot
On a Windows keyboard, press Print Screen. Paste the image with Ctrl+V into an image editor, such as Paint, or into a document. The screenshot needs to be clear and uncropped so the confirmation, the progress, or the order can be read.
If that didn't work
Without the file, a missing-SB request from a third-party offer may not have enough to verify. That can delay the request, or close it without further investigation.
When to contact us
The files go on the request that asked for them. A separate ticket is not required once those files are attached.
