Answer
The Notifications Center chooses which Swagbucks emails arrive. Account confirmation, a password reset, and the other messages listed at the bottom of that page are still sent.
When this applies
This fits when the inbox should get fewer Swagbucks emails. A newsletter unsubscribe link is covered in How do I get off your mailing list? Closing the account is a different page. How do I cancel my account? explains that.
What to do
- Sign in and open My Settings, under My Account. The same page is the Notifications Center.
- Turn off the messages that should stop.
- Leave the messages at the bottom of the page as they are. Those emails still send.
If that didn't work
An email that was already scheduled can still arrive after a box is turned off. A newsletter that keeps coming uses the unsubscribe link at the bottom of that email.
When to contact us
Turning a box off does not need a ticket. Use the Help page when a message listed as optional is still arriving after it was turned off.
