Answer
A Swagbucks newsletter stops when Unsubscribe is chosen at the bottom of that email. A survey email and an offer email use the unsubscribe link on that message. Email choices inside the account are in the Notifications Center.
When this applies
This fits when a newsletter, a survey invitation, or an offer email should stop. Choosing which account emails arrive follows How does the Notifications Center work? Canceling a product from an offer follows How do I cancel or unsubscribe from an offer I completed?
What to do
- On a Swagbucks newsletter, choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
- On a survey email from Swagbucks, choose the unsubscribe link in that email.
- On an email from an offer, choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of that email. That tells the advertiser to remove the address.
- To stop optional Swagbucks messages from the account, open Notifications and turn off the ones that should stop. Account confirmation and password-reset emails still send.
If that didn't work
An email that was already scheduled can still arrive after Unsubscribe is chosen. An offer email that has no unsubscribe link uses the contact details in the advertiser’s terms or receipt.
When to contact us
Use the Help page when a Swagbucks newsletter or survey email keeps arriving after Unsubscribe was chosen. An offer email that keeps arriving goes to that advertiser.
